Internationalise Your Digital Product Pricing

The internet has given rise to global digital businesses. One product is now distributable across the globe.

However, to maximise your sales, adjust your global pricing based on willingness to pay by region

So how can you Internationalise Your Pricing:

1/ Identify higher willingness to pay regions and adjust your pricing up

2/ Identify lower ability to pay global areas and adjust your pricing down

3/ For maximum impact, your prices should also be quoted in localised currency [€, £, A$ etc.]

The adjustments will vary from top to bottom for the type of product you sell – but an outline might look something like +20% to -20%.

Using the USA as a base price of 100%, then Europe and UK would tend towards the 20% uplift and Australasia and Asia trend towards the 20% reduction or 120% to 80% Europe to Asia ratio.

That's all folks.
